Community Outreach

Restoring hope and dignity one neighbor at a time.

Serving People in Need

Since 1983, the mission has included serving poor communities through food, prayer, and outreach.
What began with Emelda filling her car with food and traveling to poor areas in the Philippines has continued as a commitment to serving people facing hunger and hardship.
Feeding the Poor
Emelda began feeding poor villagers in 1983 while living at Clark Air Base in the Philippines.
She continued this work and later coordinated with St. Vincent de Paul and invited friends to help with feeding.
Faith & Outreach
Service and faith have always been connected.
Alongside feeding and community outreach, Emelda encouraged people to pray the Rosary and began organizing overnight Rosary Vigils.
Supporting Families
Our prayers are for families, people’s unity, and world peace.
We seek to stand with people facing problems, hunger, and hardship.
